Lamar State College Orange to host 'Deadliest Catch' cast member in lecture series

ORANGE, Texas — Lamar State College Orange is hosting a cast member from 'Deadliest Catch' in its Distinguished Lecture Series. 

Nick 'Sunshine' Tokman will speak at the Lutcher Theater on Monday, October 14 at 6:30 p.m. 

According to the Facebook event, Tokman "empowers others to overcome all of the distractions and obstacles that get in the way of owning who they are so they achieve their definition of success." 

The lecture series is free and open to the public. 

Tokman is set to speak at 6:30 p.m., followed by a question and answer session at 7:30 p.m. Attendees will be able to take photos with Nick starting at 8 p.m.
