Tsunami test warning concerns residents in Orange, Beaumont, Port Neches & Vidor, 'It's just scary'
The notification said there was a severe weather alert and a Tsunami warning will be in affect for the area until about 8:30 Tuesday morning, it then sourced the United States National Weather Service.
