PORT NECHES, Texas — Port Neches Chief of Police Paul Lemoine told 12News the autopsy report for a man found dead in a Port Neches apartment complex pool on Sunday morning died by drowning.
Alfred Adabayo's wife found his body, fully clothed, at The Royal Neches Apartments pool, located in the 2300 block of Nall Street, Judge Brad Burnett told 12News. Both husband and wife lived at the apartments, he said.
The toxicology report has not yet been received according to Chief Lemoine. He says at this point he does not expect foul play in the case.
