BEAUMONT, Texas — A Beaumont man has been indicted for the March 2024 murder of a man at a Beaumont apartment complex.

On March 2, 2024 around 7:40 p.m. Beaumont Police responded to a call about a stabbing at the Cypress Place Apartments located on Dowlen Road, according to a probable cause affidavit.
When officers arrived they found the victim of the stabbing, 53-year-old Richard Nolan Jr., suffering from multiple stab wounds, according to the affidavit.
Nolan was taken to the hospital, where he later died from his injuries.
Detectives interviewed a witness who identified Sincere Stevenson as the person who stabbed Nolan, according to the affidavit.
