BEAUMONT, Texas — Gabby Gaspard is a digital producer at 12News in Beaumont, Tx, specializing in general news.
She joined the 12News team in June 2023.
Gaspard is a native Southeast Texan and will earn her bachelor's degree in communications from Lamar University in 2023.
She discovered an interest in news halfway through college when a professor suggested she write for the University Press student newspaper at Lamar.
Gaspard has had several stories published in Lamar's literary magazine Pulse and continues to publish stories on her website.
In her spare time she likes to write, read, find new music and movies and hang out with her family and friends.
