BEAUMONT, Texas — Port Arthur Police are investigating after they say a woman stabbed a 37-year-old man late Monday night.
The 37-year-old man was stabbed at Prince Hall apartments in the 900 block of West 14th St. Monday night at about 11:30 p.m. according to Port Arthur Police Chief Tim Duriso.
A woman is suspected of stabbing the man Duriso said. He did not have any other information about her available.
Investigators believe the stabbing happened in the parking lot of the apartment complex, Duriso told 12News Tuesday morning.
The man was taken by ambulance to the Medical Center of Southeast Texas with non-life threatening injuries he said.
Port Arthur firefighters responded to the scene along with police officers.
