President Trump absent at G7 summit climate discussion
World leaders gathered early this morning for a much-anticipated roundtable on climate change at the G7 summit in France. Mr. Trump was not president at the talks that covered several climate topics, including the pressing crisis unfolding right now in the Amazon. The summit's hose, French president Emmanuel Macron, said some of his aides attended instead.
