Dog owner pleads for help with pack of dogs
A pack of dogs outside a home in Ivanhoe is breeding concerns among some homeowners. Michael Gray says he has been taking in stray dogs for years, and he now has roughly 50. The city of Ivanhoe has even reached out to try to help by contacting a number of organizations, but so far none have stepped up. Gray applauds their efforts, but says he's most upset with the Houston SPCA.
