Judge orders Smollett case files to be unsealed
A Cook County judge has ordered actor Jussie Smollett's case to be unsealed. The judge issued the order after hearing oral arguments on whether the files should remain hidden from the public. Cook County District Attorney Kim Foxx says the documents are under review and will be released by June 3rd.
