BEAUMONT, Texas — Dorian, a Category 1 hurricane with winds of 90 mph, is in the Western Atlantic moving quickly northeast.  Dorian made landfall along the Outer Banks of North Carolina this morning produing storm surges of 3-7 feet with flooding rainfall and winds over 80 mph.  The storm is forecast to reintensify as a Category 2 strong tonight before making landfall near Halifax, Nova Scotia Saturday and then it's on to Newfoundland Sunday.
