Scattered rain and storms not going anywhere.

We are stuck in a pattern over the area that keeps rain chances in the forecast each day.  Rain coverage each afternoon will be from 40-60% for Southeast Texas.  Some of the heavier rains will come Friday and Saturday with some deeper moisture coming off the Guld of Mexico.  Most mornings will be dry but you will need the umbrella during the afternoons with the scattered rain.
