BEAUMONT — The rain has moved out but much cooler temperatures are back....

A cold front swept through the area Friday into Saturday bringing a lot of rain. Rain totals were anywhere from 2-7 inches in Southeast Texas. The rain has moved east and a temperatures are dropping. Sunday look for cloudy skies highs barely make it to 50.

Starting next week with a couple of cold mornings. Both Monday and Tuesday mornings will be in the 30's with highs only in the 50's. Plenty of sun though for the start of the week.

The middle part of next week will bring some scattered showers on Thursday. Then back to a cool and dry forecast for Friday into Saturday.
