The Lady Panthers got on the board first when Islea Ramirez found the back of the net early on.
Nederland had a shot at evening things up, but Meg Sheppard's free kick was handled by the Pflugerville keeper.
After Makenzie Harvey rattled the crossbar, Kaitlynn Melton was able to score the Lady Panthers second goal minutes later.
Pflugerville (24-1-1) moves into the Region III Championship against Kingwood Park, while Nederland has their season end at (20-2-5.)
