The cold weather caused water issues at campuses in the Hamshire-Fannett school district Thursday morning that could have led to the cancellation of some classes.
All campuses in the district just west of Beaumont except for the elementary school were affected and had a no water or a limited supply until about 10: 30 a.m. according to a Facebook posts by the district.
Water was restored at the Fannett campuses by about 9 a.m. according to the district's Facebook page.
At one point Hamshire-Fannett High School was completely without water Thursday morning and the Hamshire-Fannett Middle School cafeteria had no water according to the Facebook post made at about 8:10 a.m. Thursday.
The district had crews working on the issue since about 5:30 a.m. Thursday morning according to the post.
