Detectives said it was around 11:20 p.m. when DelBosque was driving westbound on SPID and ran the red light at Kostoryz Road, T-boning the vehicle Kindred and Anderson were in at the intersection.

Both Kindred and DelBosque died at the scene of the accident. Anderson, who is believed to be Kindred's granddaughter, died while being transported to the hospital.

Authorities said they believe alcohol may have been a factor.

The intersection was closed for a couple hours as crews cleared the scene.
