Guy Gibbs says this isn't just about stealing, but more about two adults teaching a child to break the law.

Guy Gibbs said this isn't just about stealing, but more about two adults teaching a child to break the law. A child can be seen in surveillance video loading the tires into the bed of a truck.

"They need to get in trouble for the kid doing that. Not so much for stealing the tires, it's just that they are showing him that," said Guy Gibbs, owner of Gibbs Alignment and Auto Repair.

Gibbs said the child looked to be around 12 to 14 years old.

In the surveillance video, a red truck can be seen pulling up to the shop.

The male driver and a child get out of the vehicle. The child then loads two tires into the back of a red pickup.

In the front seat sits a second adult. Once the child is finished, he gets back into the truck.

Then, you see the man walk around one more time before getting inside and driving off with the two tires in the back seat.

The whole ordeal took about eight minutes.

When Amber Gibbs, Guy's daughter-in-law, saw the video, it make her sick.

"My father-in-law is amazing. He would give you the shirt off his back. He gives to anyone and everyone who wants something and to take stuff off his property for no reason is just wrong," said Amber Gibbs after she saw the surveillance video.

According to Guy Gibbs, the tires were 20 to 22 inches and heavy for a child to pick up.

Gibbs has one message for the thieves who stole his tires.

"You shouldn't be at someone's business whenever they are closed. Y'all should really think about what you are doing to that kid you know. I mean what you are doing, is showing that kid really wrong," said Gibbs.

If you have any information about this case call the Orange County Sheriff's Office at (409)-833-2612.

The Gibbs plan on pressing charges.
