Services have been set for the much beloved president of Texas Coffee Company who passed away last Thursday.
Carlo Busceme III, 65, of Beaumont, who died Thursday, September 21, 2017, worked his way through every department at the coffee company on Beaumont's south end taking over as president when his father retired according to his obituary.
A gathering of family and friends is set for 4 p.m. Monday along with a Christian vigil at 6:30 p.m., Broussard's Funerlal home in Old Town at 2000 McFaddin Avenue.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, September 26, at St. Jude Thaddeus Catholic Church, 6825 Gladys Avenue with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Beaumont.
Busceme also opened the popular Calder Avenue restaurant, Carlo's, in the 70's after graduating from Lamar University, selling it before going to work at the coffee company.
He was actively involved in the Southeast Texas community dividing his time between organizations such as the Sabine Area Restaurant Association, Sales and Marketing Executives Club, Magnolia Cemetery, Southeast Texas Arts Council, The Symphony of Southeast Texas, The Art Studio, Inc., The Art Museum of Southeast Texas, Beaumont Community Players among others according to his obituary.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Anne Catholic Church or to the Art Studio Inc.
