A state trooper pulled over Larry Tillery for a traffic violation.

The trooper arrested Tillery on an outstanding warrant from Louisiana.

A spokesperson from Lake Charles says the district attorney does not plan to extradite Tillery, so he will be released.

He could be arrested if he returns to Louisiana.

Two years ago, federal prosecutors filed documents to seize about $5.7 million in property and cash from Tillery, including Daylight Motors.

The feds claimed Tillery and his associates were "operating an illegal gambling and money laundering enterprise."
