PORT ARTHUR, Texas — Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers are asking for help in the search for a Port Arthur-area man with warrants for felony assault family violence and evading detention with a motor vehicle.
Juan Luis Diaz, 42, has warrants and is sought by law enforcement according to Southeast Texas Crime Stoppers.
