BEAUMONT, Texas — Beaumont Police are investigating an aggravated assault that happened Sunday night.
Police were called to the area near Marigold and Burton in Beaumont just before 10 p.m. on Sunday.
Details on injuries have not yet been released, but a police spokesperson said the assault may have involved a weapon.
A neighbor in the area told 12News he heard eight shots being fired, but police have not confirmed that report.
