Vote: International dog contest for rescued, disabled dogs features Bridge City pups

Anyone can vote on the instagram page at Pibbo Rafi by liking the dog's photo. Voting ends June 8.

This pair of dogs in Bridge City are finalists in an international contest for rescued and disabled dogs being held by a dog toy company on Instagram. 

The two dogs, Trimble and Twitch, were found abandoned at a house and rescued by a couple that are paramedics. These sibling pups are disabled, but Trimble requires a bit more help, so he uses a wheelchair. 

Layla is also a rescue puppy that went viral on Facebook last year. She is known as the smiling dog and was rescued off the highway after almost being hit. 

The winning dog will received toys and money to donate to a rescue shelter that their owner chooses.
