Troy Kless was born in Brick, New Jersey and was raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Troy graduated from the University of Central Florida (Go Knights!) in 2016 majoring in Broadcast Journalism along with a minor in Sports Business Management. He was involved with the student-run newscast Knightly News and was an analyst on the student-run TV sports talk show Hitting The Field. Starting in May 2015, Troy lent his voice to News 96.5 WDBO radio in Orlando where he was a reporter and nightly anchor for over a year.
He loves soccer and football but enjoys watching other sports too. He’s a huge fan of Orlando City Soccer, FC Barcelona, and the Dallas Cowboys! He enjoys playing soccer, playing video games or watching Netflix in his free time. He’s excited to be here in Southeast Texas and be part of such a great community.
