BEAUMONT, Texas — Sierra Kondos is a digital producer at 12News in Beaumont, Tx, specializing in general news.

Kondos is a native Southeast Texan and earned her bachelor's degree in history and film from Lamar University in 2021.
She was born in Beaumont but raised in Buna and has worked as a freelance journalist in Southeast Texas for 10 years.
Kondos' personal series "Heart of Southeast Texas," that ran in the Beaumont Enterprise, won first in general column writing in the 2020 Texas Associated Press Managing Editor's contest.
She is a single parent and enjoys spending time in New Orleans, writing film scripts and writes a parenting blog.
