Louisiana couple hopes to save Christmas for flooded out Southeast Texans

A remarkable Holiday Hustle is underway with a couple from Louisiana who want to raise $500 for at least 40 families who need help getting gifts for their children this Christmas.

Families across Southeast Texas will be scratching their heads and nervous about the upcoming Christmas season, especially if they have children and were affected by Harvey flooding.

One couple, Amy and Cory Chapman, is reaching out to help buy roughly $500 in gifts for as many families as they can to make sure Christmas is saved.

The money you donate to the "Holiday Hustle" ministry will go directly to one of at least forty families who have been nominated locally in Orange and Jefferson Counties.

You can also call Amy Chapman at (318) 305-4864 if you have any questions as to how you can help sponsor a family or make a large donation to their 501c3 organization.

This is your chance to directly help someone in need after Hurricane Harvey. The Chapmans helped rescue victims during the storm and now they're dedicating the next month and a half to make sure children have something to open on Christmas morning.
