According to the World Association of Writers and Journalist of Wines and Spirits (WAWWJ) they ranked USA's Moonstruck Meadery at No. 1 of 100, Best of the World for Capsumel, pepper mead.
Every year the WAWWJ classify wines and wineries that participate in different wine contests held around the world. All results of the various contests are published. Their products are evaluated anonymously in 75 International Wine contests in 5 continents by the best specialists.
Moonstruck Meadery comes in first for its unique pepper mead, Capsumel. Capsumel has traveled the world from the United States to Argentina, Israel, and Ukraine. Each competition brought the unique beverage awards of double gold and gold medals.
