Police: Three Houston men arrested for aggravated robbery at Beaumont Walmart

Three men from Houston are in jail following an aggravated robbery at a Beaumont Walmart.

A police spokesperson said officers were called to the Walmart located at 4145 Dowlen Rd around 2:15 a.m. Wednesday

The spokesperson said two men went into the store, popped a secured drawer, removed a large amount of cash and threatened an employee. The men then ran towards Kohl`s to a black Chevrolet Impala. A third suspect was in the driver seat.

Officers found the Impala heading southbound on Dowlen Rd., away from the scene. Officers stopped the Impala at Gladys and Dowlen Rd.  The suspects were identified as Jariot Culbert, 29, Demetrius Proctor, 23, and Nathan Rachal, 22, all of Houston.

Officers recovered the stolen money and other evidence from the robbery.   

The three suspects were arrested and taken to Jefferson County jail.
