After a "cool" June morning with lows in the lower to middle 60's, temperatures this afternoon will warm into the lower 90's. The sea breeze is working in a bit faster than what was seen on model data yesterday so, it appears we are safe from making it into the middle 90's. However, the Heat Index is already 95°. Tonight will not be as cool, but lows into the upper 60's are still possible in the Lakes Area. Friday, still looks like a complex of thunderstorms from North Texas is possible.
The rest of this afternoon: Mostly sunny, hot and dry. High temperatures in the Lower 90's. Westerly winds shifting South.
Tonight: Clear, warmer. Low temperatures in the Upper 60's to Lower 70's. Southerly winds.
Thursday: Partly cloudy, warm, humid and dry. High temperatures in the Lower 90's. Southerly winds.
