Port Arthur man with history of arson arrested for setting fire to a house, may be responsible for others

A spokesperson for the Port Arthur Fire Department Friday said a man was arrested Thursday for arson.

The spokesperson said Dat Pham set fire to a home located at 3649 9th St. on May 26, 2014. The owners of the home were not at home at the time and there were no injuries due to the fire.
