The company has engaged a FINRA broker dealer to submit its 15c211 filing with FINRA and expects to obtain a ticker symbol. Additionally, the company will also be seeking DTC eligibility shortly with The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). 2,000,000 shares of BioAdaptives, Inc. stock, as noted within the Form S-1 filing, will be distributed to shareholders of HEMP, Inc. (Pink Sheets: HEMP).
