HOUSTON - One of the most famous players on the Houston Texans' roster is facing a battle off the football field.

According to a media report, Texans running back Arian Foster is being sued. A TMZ report from their sports division claims it has obtained legal documents filed in Texas in which a woman claims she is 17 weeks pregnant and that Foster is the father.

In the report, the woman, who goes by the name "Brittany", says she's due in June. The report added she has filed suit, asking for child support, a restraining order and wants damages for emotional distress.

No comment from Foster's side. A representative from the Texans organization also told us they have no comment.
