(KCEN) -- On Thursday several roads and bridges in eastern Bell County had to be repaired after Wednesday's storm brought down heavy rains.
Parts of the county saw more than eight inches of rain. The Bell County Sheriff's Offices says part of the Wedel Cemetery Road, just south of Heidenheimer Road was washed away. Parts of Possum Creek Road and Creek Road were also damaged.
By Thursday afternoon crews had all of those roads back up and running.
However, one bridge in Holland is still blocked off. On Latham Circle heavy rains washed away gravel creating a massive hole at least six feet deep and reaching almost half way across the bridge.
That bridge had just recently been fixed in the last six months. Right now the City of Holland is not sure how long it will take to fix the bridge again.
