Three Southeast Texas recruits got to witness the Alabama, Texas A&M showdown in person thanks to their skills on the football field. Ozen's Tony Brown, West Orange-Stark's Deionte Thompson and Port Arthur Memorial's Kameron Martin all had unofficial visits to Texas A&M.
Brown, a highly touted senior corner back, is being recruited heavily. To date the speedster is undecided after receiving offers from LSU, Alabama, Florida St., Ohio St., Texas, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Auburn, Baylor, Illinois, Michigan St., Mississippi St., Nebraska, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Rutgers, South Carolina, TCU, Texas Tech, UCLA, USC and West Virginia.
For sophomore safety Deionte Thompson his mind is already made up. Thompson has verbally chose Alabama over Baylor, Oklahoma, Texas and Texas A&M.
Finally Memorial sophomore running back Kameron Martin is starting to surge into the spotlight. Martin is receiving plenty of attention, including offers from Baylor, Texas Tech and Akron.
