Tropical Storm Ingrid has developed in the Bay of Campeche (SW Gulf of Mexico) this evening. Currently, the storm is 60 miles East Veracruz, Mexico near Latitude 19.2North...Longitude 95.3 West. The storm is stationary. Maximum-sustained winds are 60 mph.
Ingrid is expected to begin moving slowly northwestward while strengthening. Ingrid is expected to become a minimal hurricane prior to landfall near Tampico, Mexico Sunday Night or Early Monday Morning.
Gabrielle has weakened to a depression and continues heading North-Northeast towards Nova Scotia.
Humberto, in the Far Eastern Atlantic, has weakened to a tropical storm and is about 770 miles Northwest of the Cape Verde Islands. The storm will continue to weaken as it encounters stronger shear and cooler waters. Humberto will be turned back around and back out to sea a trough of low pressure and associated cold front overtake the storm.
