Funeral services set for Gina Kittner

Posted: Updated:

A young mother of three killed in a Saturday morning accident on FM 1442 near Bridge City was remembered Tuesday night by friends and family who gathered at Memorial Funeral Home in Vidor.

Gina Kittner worked at the Beaumont Elks Lodge 311.

She was killed when the driver of a van attempted to pass a vehicle and hit Kittner's truck head-on.

The accident closed FM 1442 for four hours and sent two other motorists to the hospital.

Her funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Memorial Funeral Home.

The Elks have formed a fund to help the family with funeral services.

If you would like to help the kids, write the Elks in Gina Kittner's name.
