Murder victim's car located


The car of a woman found dead in North Beaumont last Friday night has been found.

Police have been looking for a car belonging to Kimberly Grant, 50, of Crosby since the discovery of her body off of Tram Road.

The gold Cadillac was found burned out In the Houston area. Authorities are still trying to find the person or persons responsible for her death.

A Sheriff's Office spokesperson said investigators are still seeking information from the public.  Anyone with information about why Grant may have been in Jefferson County is asked to call the Sheriff's Office at 409-835-8734.  People with information may also call Beaumont Crime Stoppers at 409-833-TIPS (8477.)
