(KCEN) -- Firefighters in Waco are busy battling a blaze this morning at a building near 25th Street and Franklin.
According to scanner traffic, flames were visible from outside and the roof collapsed. The building was empty but there was one man inside.
He was able to get out but is being treated for smoke inhalation at the hospital.
Part of Franklin was closed while the firefighters worked to put out the blaze.
