ST. LOUIS, April 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Arch Coal, Inc. (NYSE: ACI) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share on the company's common stock.  The dividend is payable June 14, 2013 to shareholders of record on May 31, 2013.
