Patriot Guard Riders Crash in Belton During Chris Kyle Funeral Procession

(KCEN) -- According to the city of Belton, several people were taken to the hospital earlier today when two motorcycles that were part of the Patriot Guard crashed.

The Patriot Guard riders were escorting the Chris Kyle funeral procession from Midlothian to Austin today.

The accident happened near Tahuaya Road on the highway.

This caused the procession to stop briefly. Belton Police Chief Gene Ellis said Navy Seals got off one of the buses that was in the procession and helped with first aid in the Class A uniforms.
