Lawsuit says man ran revenge porn site from parents' house

The lawyer hired by Southeast Texas women whose photos appeared on a revenge porn site has released the names of four defendants being sued as a result of the web site.

Beaumont attorney John Morgan identified Hunter Thomas Taylor and his parents Sandra and Kenneth, all three of Orange. Taylor lives with his parents. Morgan identified one other defendant, Austin Ray Ponthieu of Orange. Morgan added the four names in an amended petition he says he filed Monday.

Morgan said Sandra and Kenneth Taylor paid for the internet connection that was used by their son to run the porn site. This is why he included them as defendants.

Morgan says Hunter Taylor is known in the porn industry as 'Burt Martien.'  Morgan says Taylor was the operator of texxxan.com until it was shut down as a result of the lawsuit.

The fourth person named as a defendant, Austin Ray Ponthieu, is added as a defendant because Morgan says an IP address registered to Mr. Ponthieu was used to manage the site.

In addition to releasing the defendants' names, Morgan says two under aged females have come forward with their parents and have given formal statements regarding their photos and who they say is responsible for uploading them.
