Judge G. Murray Snow issued an order on December 18, 2012 denying the Motion for Leave to Amend a complaint by Judge Denies Ed Magedson's Xcentric Ventures, L.L.C., DBA RipOffReport.com that was previously dismissed. [IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA No. CV-11-01426-PHX-GMS]

The order was issued on the same day that a RipOffReport spokesperson declared on the search engine optimization community website "seomoz.org" that "Ripoff Report's case against Lisa Borodkin is not over....not by a long shot." the webpage titled "The Anatomy of a RipOff Report Lawsuit" originally published January 21st, 2008 by attorney Sarah Bird on the SEOMoz.org website has seen a flurry of discussion on the case.
