Southeast Texans up Friday around 6:40 a.m. to 6:45 a.m. reported seeing a mysterious streaking flash in the sky. The hue reported by observers ranged from red to green to yellow. Some said the light was accompanied with a sound as well.

The same streak was reported in other Texas cities from Austin, to Dallas and in Houston as well. Some have said the streak is a Bolide meteor, which is an exceptionally large and bright meteor.
