2 men attacked at Beaumont night club

Posted: Updated:

An argument escalated into a stabbing at a Beaumont night club.

It happened right before midnight Friday at the Touch of Hollywood Club in the 3100 block of Concord Road.

Police say a 53-year-old man and a 30-year-old man got into an argument with a man identified as Robert Leger, also known as "Pig".

The 30-year-old was stabbed in the back and the older man was hit in the face with a beer bottle.

Both men were treated and released from the hospital. Neither is willing to file charges.

Beaumont police have received several complaints about the club from neighbors who are concerned about the trouble the club invites into their community.

We talked to the club manager, he says the club is those for 30 and up.

He says younger adults hang out across the street and cause trouble, because they are turned away.
