Saturday, heavy rain and thunderstorms will really move in by the afternoon hours. The coverage could be as high as 100%. Temperatures will only warm into the upper 70s. South to southeasterly winds are expected.
Sunday, heavy rain and thunderstorms will continue until about the early afternoon hours. A cold front and associated strong upper level low will move through during the afternoon and evening hours. Rains will be ending and will move east. Low temperatures will only fall into the lower 70s. Afternoon temperatures will warm into the middle 70s and could fall during the afternoon hours after the front moves through. Winds will shift from the southwest to the north and could gust to around 30 mph.
Monday through Wednesday will feel much more like Fall. Abundant sunshine and low humidity is expected. Lows will be cool - in the 50s with highs in the lower to middle 80s.
Thursday, southeasterly winds will develop. Dense fog will be an issue during the morning. Partly cloudy skies will form and isolated, light showers may develop. Lows will be in the lower 60s with highs in the middle 70s.
Friday, another cold front will swing through Southeast Texas. Mostly sunny skies are expected. Lows will be in the upper 50s with highs in the lower 80s. Northerly winds are forecasted.
