Authorities release identity of Total contractor who died Tuesday

Authorities have released the name of a contractor who died while working at the Total Petrochemical plant Tuesday afternoon. 

James Keith Hudnall, 65, of Orange, a contractor working at the site, was involved in an incident at 2:15 p.m.. He was rushed to Christus Hospital St. Mary where he was pronounced dead.

Total says the incident did not involve the operations of the refinery and was confined to the construction site.

Jefferson County Sheriff's Deputy Rod Carroll says Hudnall was entrapped in a trench.  There is an investigation underway into the incident.
