One of 5,600 restaurants nation-wide, the Taco Bell in Belton rang their bell for some special treatment Monday morning.
The TODAY Show broadcasted live from inside to highlight the chain's newest addition: breakfast. Known there as "first meal."
Texas is one of 14 states to roll out the newest menu options, and customers like Jason Hall were surprised by all the attention.
"I was like 'the TODAY Show from New York was here?' and they were like 'yeah!'" he said with a laugh.
They're selling different varieties of breakfast burritos along-side hash browns and even cinnabons.
Coffee comes from Seattle's Best.
It's one of many fast food restaurants entering the scramble to become a breakfast destination. And customers say they're likely to set the alarm early to ring the bell in the future.
"It was pretty good food and it wasn't a bad price," Jason said.
Breakfast goes from 7 to 11 a.m.
