According to the ABC affiliate in Houston, KTRK, 3 tornadoes have touched down this morning. One about 90 miles northwest of Houston. The same weather system brought another tornado in the downtown area of Brenham, about 70 miles northwest of Houston.
A third tornado was seen touching down seen in Waller County, about 60 miles northwest of Houston.
Officials reported damaged cars and toppled trees form the Brenham tornado.
The severe weather is expected to arrive later this morning and early afternoon. A tornado watch remains in effect for all of SE Texas until 3 pm this afternoon.
