Locally owned Market Basket is expanding its business.
The grocery store chain is adding four new locations in west central Louisiana bringing the total number of stores to 35 between Texas and Louisiana.
Market Basket says the purchase moves the store into a new region and shows continued growth that began when the chain was founded in 1961.
