PNG posts impressive win over Central 62-27

Indians move to 6-0 in District 22-5A, scoring the most points in over 20 years

Preston Riggs returned the opening kickoff 60 yards to set up a PNG touchdown on the second play of the game and the PNG Indians were off an running to a 62-27 win over the Central Jaguars Thursday night at the Thomas Center.

PNG QB Roschon Johnson ran for two TD's and passed for two more as the Indians improved to 7-0 overall and 6-0 in District 22-5A to clinch a playoff spot.

The Indians led 20-0 at the end of the first quarter and 34-14 at halftime.    Next week PNG returns home to host Ozen.  Central (3-3) in district, plays at Livingston.
