ORANGE - The final day of the annual Earl Thomas football camp wrapped up Saturday in Orange with the community coming out to support one of the best to ever hit the field in Southeast Texas.
The camp went from 8a.m to noon Saturday, with most of drills having to be done in the gyms because of the rain earlier this morning. But it didn’t stop the kids from running cone drills, racing each other, and even getting to catch footballs from Earl Thomas himself.
Speaking to the All-Pro Safety and West Orange- Stark graduate about how this year’s camp, he says it was awesome, and all thanks to some help from his friends.
Some NFL players in attendance were Packers Safety Ha Ha Clinton-Dix, Port Arthur native and new Broncos running back, Jamaal Charles, and Giants all-pro safety, Landon Collins.
