The CFL Hall of Famer was hoping to inspire the younger set

PORT ARTHUR - Coming out of HS wide receiver Donald Narcisse of the Lincoln Bumblebees was over looked.  After catching on at Texas Southern, Narcisse was able to turn it into a Hall of Fame career in Canada.

Narcisse returned to the area last Friday to host an All-Star Football camp.   He said it was more than just football.

Narcisse played 13 seasons for the Saskatchewan Roughriders and became the teams all-time leading receiver, playing in two Grey Cups, winning one in 1989.
